Friend: Oatmeal is full of carbs and Peanut Butter has tons of fat, don't eat it.

This is a pretty gross picture, but shows how fat doesn’t just lay under the skin, but around the important internal organs.  I saw this years ago, and it really made me realise the effects to health of having too high a fat %.  Certainly a thinspiration as good as any photo of a skinny attractive girl.
